Sub-processor List

Nagy Zsolt e.v. ("we" or "us") uses the following third-party sub-processors in the provision of the Shiftina platform. All sub-processors are contractually bound to process personal data only on our instructions and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Each sub-processor has entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us.
All personal data processed through these sub-processors remains within the European Union / European Economic Area unless otherwise stated below.
We will notify subscribers at least 30 days in advance of any addition or replacement of sub-processors, in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
Current Sub-processors
Railway
Purpose: Application hosting and infrastructure
Data processed: All data processed by the Shiftina platform, including user account data, shift schedule data, and availability data
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (EU)

Brevo
Purpose: Transactional email delivery (account notifications, support correspondence, system alerts)
Data processed: Name and email address of recipients
Location: France and Germany (own servers via OVH); Belgium (Google Cloud Platform) — all within the EU

Scaleway
Purpose: Database backups
Data processed: Encrypted backups of all platform data
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (EU)

Changes to This List
We review and update this list whenever we add, replace, or remove a sub-processor. Subscribers will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance via email, in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
